I have a 2000 Suzuki King quad 300 cc and had all those same issues and it turned out I had a tear in my petcock diaphragm. So I replaced it $110. And after that it still bogs down 10 seconds after a perfect start while revving. The mechanic hooked his boost box up to my battery and my quad ran fine. He told me it was my old battery not working. 06 King Quad 700 Shutting off. If i let it sit for a few minutes it will usually start right back up but then do the same thing shortly thereafter.

Clean the carb out and put a new inline fuel filter on it and don't ride it until its fixed or you will blow it up
