Fallout New Vegas Not Launching
Fallout: New Vegas not launching. Fallout nv is not launching for me the launcher doesn't even open. I've tried reinstaling the game and Verify integrity of game files but that didnt work. Please be informed that Fallout 3 is not compatible with Windows 10. However , please check the below link to know which version of the specified games will be compatible on Windows 10.

New Vegas Won't Launch
If you still want to roll back to Win7,please refer the suggestion given by Andre De Costa in below article on “How to recover / restore your previous version of Windows using the Rollback feature” and check if that helps.
